Because everyone is reversed from how they are in the normal manga and everything, instead of being skilled in nearly every type of shinobi weapon, Tenten can't use a kunai to save her life (almost literally lol) so she's all cute up and scarred.

Because the weapons have probably torn her clothes apart.

Judging by the trailers, since that's all we really have to go on for now, she probably practices a lot to get better (which doesn't seem to work), so she's probably made her clothes unrepairable.
